Neuhauser Racing will compete in the new ADAC Formula 4 next season, so yet another outfit from Formel ADAC, its predecessor, has decided to compete alongside Mücke Motorsport, Moto Park and JBR Motorsport & Engineering in the ADAC's newly established junior single-seater series.
"We decided to contest the new ADAC Formula 4 after our success in Formel ADAC. We intend to build on past achievements and give more budding racing drivers the chance to learn the skills needed in single-seater racing, as we have successfully done for many years," said team principal Hannes Neuhauser.
The team from Zell am Ziller in the Tyrol are currently recruiting drivers for next season. Hannes Neuhauser added: "We are having talks with a number of young drivers at the moment. We would like to field two cars in the ADAC Formula 4 and are confident that we can find fast, talented drivers with whom we can fight for top positions."
Neuhauser Racing won the Formel ADAC team title this year, becoming the last team champions in the annals of the ADAC junior series. Neuhauser Racing are founding members of the ADAC Formel and have finished runners-up three times in the past. The Austrian outfit also produced the seventh and final Formel ADAC champion, Danish driver Mikkel Jensen.

More than 20 entries have been received, ensuring a challenging international field. Applicants have until mid-March to register.
ADAC Formula 4 racing cars will line up running Abarth turbo engines and chassis from Italian manufacturer Tatuus. Italian premium tyre manufacturer Pirelli, who are well-known from Formula 1, will provide tyres for the junior series. The inaugural season of the ADAC Formula 4 kicks off on the weekend of April 24th - 26th, 2015, in the etropolis Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. SPORT1+ will broadcast the races live on TV.
