Aron and Prema Powerteam retain third place: No podium in Spa-Francorchamps

After performing well in qualifying 1, the young Estonian didn't make it to the podium and scored a sixth place in race 1 and a fourth place in race 2 before retiring in the third heat due to an off-track exit.

Ferrari Driver Academy's Guan Yu Zhou, who scored a second row in qualifying, ended up in second place on Saturday before being forced to retire in race 2 due to a contact initiated by one of his opponents. Despite the little time available between race 2 and 3, the Prema staff succeeded in a true race against time by putting his car back together with a new engine and gearbox. The Chinese youngster was able to line-up for the final race of the weekend which brought him a 9th place.

Following to the weekend's results, Aron is third in standings with 83 points behind Eriksson (136) and Mawson (98) while Zhou is 11th with 45 points.

Grazia Troncon - Team Manager: "We aren't really satisfied leaving Spa-Francorchamps because we deserved more than what we achieved and we didn't succeed due to a series of circumstances. This championship is definitely high-level. Being part of a series featuring 40 cars is definitely a great proving ground for our drivers and for ourselves too. We're in a very busy moment: we are now heading to Mugello for a collective test of the Italian Championship on Tuesday and will be lining-up for the F.4 Italia at Imola this weekend."
