Marvin Dienst (18, GER, HTP Juniorteam): "The final race was not very spectacular, as far as I'm concerned. I had to start from the very back of the field after my retirement in the first race, so as a result, not much was possible. At least I've not lost anything in that respect thanks to my two championship rivals dropping out. I'm now looking forward to Spa and can't wait to race on this spectacular track."
Joel Eriksson (17, SWE, Motopark): "My start in the final race was very good. I was already in fifth place by the second corner. I thought I had no one behind me and wanted to get a good line into the turns that followed. Unfortunately, I was then rear-ended and my race was over. Still, I leave Spielberg feeling very positive. I'm in front in the championship standings and will try next weekend to extend my lead even more."
Mike Ortmann (15, GER, kfzteile24 Mücke Motorsport): "Start position 22 on the grid for the race in the morning was not brilliant for me, but I worked my way up into eleventh place. A small mistake dropped me back a little, so in the end, I was finally twelfth. I started 13th on the grid later in the afternoon. We had very little driving time and I had difficulty keeping the tyres up to temperature. Overall, I'm very happy with my seventh place - a really good result and some vital points. This was my first time at this track and my speed was right - we can build on that."
Thomas Preining (16, AUT, kfzteile24 Mücke Motorsport): "The first race today started very well. I was in the Top Ten after just two laps. Then I got involved in one or two scraps that eventually ended in a collision, unfortunately. We were unable to drive very much in the final race, making it difficult to gain position. Overall, it was not a good weekend. We were still well placed during the tests on Thursday, but things got tricky after that."
Nikolaj Rogivue (18, CHE, SMG Swiss Motorsport Group): "Things went very well for me today. I won lots of positions without incident and am very satisfied, which I can also say of the final race of the weekend. Unfortunately, we had technical problems in qualifying. I had to start the races from way down the field, which is, of course, tough in such a tightly bunched field."
Jannes Fittje (15, GER, Motopark): "The first race today was reasonable. Unfortunately, we had problems in qualifying and so, I had to start from 24th place. Still, I can be satisfied with twelfth place at the chequered flag in view of my position on the grid. We didn't really get going in the second race, but my car's speed was very good and a lot more would have been possible in a longer race."
Michelle Halder (15, GER, Michelle Halder): "I'm incredibly happy after this weekend. I qualified for all the races and consistently finished in the top 30. I was even 29th in the final race. We intended as a team to learn a lot at the Red Bull Ring and gain more experience, which we succeeded in doing."
Florian Janits (17, AUT, Lechner Racing): "I got off to a good start in the third race, but then the race was interrupted. I wanted a bit too much on the re-start and there was a collision. That should not and will not happen again. At any rate, what's positive is that we've definitely improved as a team. Our speed in the race was much better and that gives me a boost for next weekend in Spa."
