What was your personal highlight of 2015?
The weekend at the Nürburgring where I achieved podiums in two of the three races was definitely a highlight for me, but then, the season opener at Oschersleben also went really well from my perspective. It's where I secured the very first pole position in the newly inaugurated ADAC Formula 4 and a podium in the second race.
What goals did you set yourself before the start of the season, and would you say in retrospect that you attained them?
At the beginning of the season, I had actually resolved to finish in the Top 3 in the championship and maybe even fight for the title. Unfortunately, that goal was a bit more difficult to achieve than expected initially. We had problems at times and were plain unlucky every now and then - and perhaps I put too much pressure on myself as well.
What did you learn as far as driving goes from taking part in the ADAC Formula 4, and where will we be seeing you in 2016?
I learned a lot this year, especially where my driving is concerned. I also improved quite noticeably in qualifying. I found it a very different learning process when compared to Formula Renault 1.6 last year. I couldn't gain as much experience in that series as in the ADAC Formula 4. I hope to contest the FIA Formula 3 European Championship next season.
