ADAC Formel 4·12.12.2015

Jason Kremer's season : Pole at Lausitzring

What was your personal highlight of 2015?

That was my pole position at the Lausitzring. Unfortunately, I then had a problem on the formation lap but was definitely in with a chance of being able to compete up front there. Nevertheless, we still finished in the points that weekend.

What goals did you set yourself before the start of the season, and would you say in retrospect that you attained them?

I wanted to secure a podium this year but didn't manage it, unfortunately. We could certainly have done it at the Lausitzring. We were still strong in the third race. It was never my goal to be a championship contender but just to take each race as it came. We also wanted to develop the car this year, which we succeeded in doing.

What did you learn as far as driving goes from taking part in the ADAC Formula 4, and where will we be seeing you in 2016?

It was a new experience for me, not to be one of the front-runners. Still, I think we worked very well. It was exhausting at times, but I'm happy in the final analysis. I've got no definite plans for next year. I'd like to spend another year in the ADAC Formula 4, or perhaps in the ADAC TCR Germany or in the Audi TT Sport Cup. We'll have to see what happens.
