What was your personal highlight of 2015?
There were several highlights. Things went extremely well right at the start of the season. I secured third place on the grid in qualifying for the first race at Oschersleben and twice finished fourth at the Red Bull Ring and fifth once. The last two races at the Lausitzring were also among the high points of my season, as I fought my way up into the points from almost the back of the grid.
What goals did you set yourself before the start of the season, and would you say in retrospect that you attained them?
I actually aimed to finish in the Top Five, especially after making a good start to the season at Oschersleben. I repeated my performance at the Red Bull Ring, but we were unable to keep it up for the entire season. That was a pity, because at the Lausitzring, for example, the car's setup was really good. There were one or two periods where we just didn't do very well.
What did you learn as far as driving goes from taking part in the ADAC Formula 4, and where will we be seeing you in 2016?
I learned to pick the right moment to hold back a little, especially in qualifying. I've acquired some knowledge about different setups through working with the engineers. None of that has affected my racing intelligence much, however. You see, it was already highly developed, relatively speaking. You will still find me in Ruderting in Bavaria in 2016, since I'm not planning to move house [laughs]. But joking aside, I don't yet know in which series I'll be racing next year. However, it will definitely be something on four wheels. It's possible I might even switch to GT racing
