Mike, how satisfied are you with your season so far in the ADAC Formula 4?

I can be very pleased with the season so far. Unfortunately, last weekend in Spa did not quite live up to expectations. We´re developing constantly on our learning curve and improving our performance with every race.

A home race is on the programme for you and your team at the Lausitzring. Does it mean something special to you to race in front of a home crowd?

Of course, the race at the Lausitzring is a huge highlight for me and the team. Our outfit has played an important role in motor sport for many years in our region, particularly where the training of young and promising talent is concerned. Many friends and fans will come along this weekend to cheer us on.

What goals have you set yourself for your home race and the 2015 season?

Our main focus this year is on the rookie championship. I´ve made up my mind to finish among the top three newcomers in this huge field of entries. However, the main aim is to go on training for my future career path. In that respect, I´m getting a really professional grounding with my team, Mücke Motorsport kfzteile24.
