Diego Alessi (#28 Callaway Competition - Corvette Z06.R GT3), winner: "I could have perhaps made up a few more places at the start, but I didn't want to take any risks. Then I was able to benefit from a few battles between cars and gain places. My team colleague Andreas Wirth was then able to get past me fairly. After that I concentrated on my pace and saved the tyres. The pit stop was perfect and Daniel was able to take the lead."
Daniel Keilwitz (#28 Callaway Competition - Corvette Z06.R GT3), winner: "It was very close at the end, the BMW was always able to get a little bit closer under braking. We are missing a bit of drive in the corners, but I was always able to pull away on the straights. Diego's strong drive laid the foundations for our victory.
Simon Knap (#41 DB Motorsport - BMW Z4 GT3), 2nd place: "My start was ok and my first lap was also very good, but then the Ford GT suddenly passed me from behind. I saw that he was clearly much faster and didn't put up too much of a fight. The Ford only pulled away slightly, but I was able to catch up with him at the pit stop."
Jeroen de Boer (#41 DB Motorsport - BMW Z4 GT3), 2nd place: "The race was two laps too short for us today otherwise I probably could have passed the Corvette. I saw that the Corvette had problems with its tyres and was sliding a lot in the corners."
Christopher Mies (#21 Prosperia uhc speed - Audi R8 LMS ultra), retired: "My team mate Christer Jöns drove into the back of Claudia Hürtgen's BMW on the opening lap. That broke the suspension and that was it for us today."
Jeroen Bleekmolen (#29 FROGREEN CO2 neutral - Porsche 911 GT3 R), 3rd place: "Today was one of the most difficult races of my life. Robert did some good work in the opening stint, but the tyres were almost gone when I got into the car. I could only defend my position by making my car as wide as possible. The guys behind me were faster, but they couldn't overtake me."
Niclas Kentenich (#6 Farnbacher ESET Racing - Ferrari 458 Italia GT3), 12th place: "We are just too slow, the classification of our Ferrari isn't right as was made clear in the race. We were losing about three seconds to the competition, so this wasn't much fun."
Maximilian Götz (#5 kfzteile24 MS Racing - Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3): "Sebastian had a good start and was able to hold position. We lost two seconds at the pit stop because there was a car in front of me and the mechanics had to hold me back. I fell from fifth to seventh position because of this."
Luca Ludwig (#37 Gemballa Racing - McLaren MP4-12C GT3), 21st place: "I had an unbelievable amount of understeer in the car, this race was more than disappointing for us." Lance David Arnold (#10 SCHÖNER WOHNEN Polarweiss - Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3), retired: "The brake pedal failed on me first and then this spread to the ABS. When I drove into the pits, something broke on the drive train, so it seems there is a connection between the problems."
Christiaan Frankenhout (#7 HEICO Motorsport - Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT3), 14th place: "Our race pace was ok, however we didn't have a good starting position. We couldn't do much about this at the end, it's a shame that we didn't score any points today."
Christian Engelhard (#36 Team Geyer & Weinig/Schütz Motorsport - Porsche 911 GT3 R), 18th place: "We were shot down twice in the race today. But other than that, things are not perfect. We have a lot of work ahead of us for the race tomorrow."
Martin Matzke (#23 West Coast Racing BMW Z4 GT3): "It was a very difficult race, we had a high level of tyre wear. The tyres collected a lot of dirt in the pit lane and this was a problem for a long time after the driver change. We are happy with tenth place; the first top ten finish for the team in the ADAC GT Masters."
Ferdinand Stuck (#32 Young Driver AMR - Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3), 6th place: "Our race pace was ok, we made good progress. Unfortunately, we lost some time during the pit stop. But we finally have some points on the board with sixth place."
Christoffer Nygaard (#33 Young Driver AMR - Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3), retired: "My team mate Kristian Poulsen made contact with an ALPINA and broke the front splitter. The splitter was cut by the asphalt, so we had to stop."
Swen Dolenc (#15 FACH AUTO TECH - Porsche 911 GT3 R), 11th place, Amateur class winner: "I was able to have a good pace at the start, but then I lost my rhythm slightly. Two wins in three races is great, so a big thanks to the team for their excellent work on the car."
Carsten Tilke (#22 Prosperia uhc speed - Audi R8 LMS ultra), 19th place, 3rd place Amateur class: "My race was pretty good. However, we had to adjust to the car today because it was sometimes a bit twitchy and difficult to drive. Christian Abt then fought really hard to the end of the race and made some places."
