Sebastian Asch (#1 MS RACING, Audi R8 LMS ultra): "We´ve still got a bit of work ahead of us and are busy tweaking set-up. So far, times from the two sessions are not really all that indicative. I suspect that many opponents are bluffing a little."
Florian Stoll (#1 MS RACING, Audi R8 LMS ultra): "We´re still trying out lots of things and are slowly getting faster. We are very satisfied so far with the new Audi."
Daniel Keilwitz (#2 Callaway Competition, Corvette Z06.R GT3): "We still need to do some work on set-up, because it hasn´t been right so far. But we should get there in time for qualifying. Also, we´ve only used one set of new tyres in free practice. The track feels quite different as compared to things on test day; the grip level is considerably lower."
Christian Hohenadel (#3 Callaway Competition, Corvette Z06.R GT3): "I´m still trying to get used to the Corvette again. It´s going quite well, but I certainly need to get some kilometres under my belt, since I did not drive much on test day."
Christian Engelhart (#4 Team Geyer & Weinig / Schütz Motorsport, Porsche 911 GT3 R): "It´s been a very interesting day so far, but I´m still not satisfied. We´ve tried out plenty of things. We´ve not yet done much testing with the new Porsche, but we´ll see in qualifying where we really stand. The new car is basically much better, but we still haven´t yet exploited the Porsche´s full potential."
Philip Geipel (#16 THE BOSS YACO Racing, Audi R8 LMS ultra): "We´re just starting to get a feel for the car this weekend. We´ve not tested the Audi previously since it only arrived last week. What the other teams were able to sort out during testing, we are just getting down to doing this weekend and we have to first find a basic set-up here at Oschersleben. We are certainly a long way off what the car can do."
Jörg Müller (#20 Pixum Team Schubert, BMW Z4 GT3): "Everything is OK so far, we just have some balance problems. The car is understeering badly and we´ll have to work on it."
Frank Schmickler (#21 rhino´s Leipert Motorsport, Lamborghini Gallardo FL2): "I´m getting used to the Lamborghini again. I last drove a Gallardo in 2008. I still need to get some more experience of the car, but it´s getting better with every kilometre. Basically, I´m very happy with the team and the car."
Maximilian Götz (#10 Polarweiss Racing, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3): "The track changed a lot from this morning, and times in the second session were significantly slower than earlier when it was much cooler. But we are on schedule, everything has gone very well so far, we just need to get a little better acquainted with the new YOKOHAMA tyres. I´m really looking forward to qualifying."
