Klingmann/Sandritter in front in warm-up: Wet start to Sunday's fixtures at Sachsenring

BMW drivers Jens Klingmann and Max Sandritter began their third day in the ADAC GT Masters at the Sachsenring by finishing where they would like to be later this afternoon. Placed third in the first race on Saturday and in pole position on Sunday, they took fastest time in the wet during the warm-up from the Audi R8 LMS ultra of Christer Jöns and Markus Winkelhock (Prosperia C. Abt Racing).

Christina Nielsen and Marco Seefried (Farnbacher Racing) were third fastest in the Porsche 911 ahead of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 with Maximilian Buhk/Maximilian Götz (Polarweiss Racing).

Good news from Lambda Performance. During the night, the Wiesbaden-based team managed to repair the Ford GT of Frank Kechele/Dominik Schwager that sustained damage in Race 1. The two Ford drivers finished the warm-up in P16.
