Mercedes-Benz ahead in warm-up: Götz/Buhk secure fastest time in warm-up practice

Maximilian Buhk and Maximilian Götz (Polarweiss Racing) in the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 made clear their intention to do well in the second race of the ADAC GT Masters at the Red Bull Ring. After achieving fifth place in Saturday's first race, the two Mercedes-Benz driver posted best time during the warm-up. Under a clear blue sky but with cool, early morning temperatures of around 18 degrees, they were even faster than in qualifying with a 1:31.270.

Dominik Schwager and Frank Kechele, who are in pole position on Sunday in the Ford GT (Lambda Performance), were second fastest ahead of the Porsche 911 GT3 of René Bourdeaux and Alfred Renauer (Tonino powered by Herberth Motorsport). Behind them came Hari Proczyk/Gerhard Tweraser (Grasser Racing) in the Lamborghini Gallardo FL2 and Andreas Wirth/Christian Hohenadel (Callaway Competition) in a Corvette Z06.R GT3.
