rhino´s Leipert Motorsport will line up for a fifth season in the ADAC GT Masters. The team´s two Lamborghini Gallardo FL2s feature the new design of their sponsor, rhino´s energy from Munich.

The choice of drivers sounds promising: David Mengesdorf (23) and Frank Schmickler (47) will occupy the cockpit of the car in ‘rhino´s cherry acai´ - gold and white. Mengesdorf has now been with the team since 2011, winning third place at the FIA GT3 European Championships with rhino´s Leipert last year. His new team-mate will be Frank Schmickler. This year, the former DTM driver and ADAC GT Masters veteran will be into his seventh season in the Super Sports Cars League and first raced a Lamborghini back in 2008.

The sister car, liveried in ‘rhino´s classic´ - green and silver - is to be driven by Czech-born Eduard Leganov (41), who has already been successful with the team, contesting the 2012 season of the FIA GT3 European Championship. His co-driver is Fabian Hamprecht (17), the youngest driver in this year´s ADAC GT Masters line up. Hamprecht contested the Austria Formula 3 Cup last year, and secured his first success with the team - two podium finishes - in the DMV Touring Car Challenge.
