Vita4One Racing Team will be lining up for their second race weekend of the current ADAC GT Masters season. The team led by 2010 FIA GT1 world champion Michael Bartels will be fielding two BMW Z4 GT3s in the double bill of racing around the rollercoaster track near Chemnitz in eastern Germany. This will be their second venture into the Super Sports Car League after making their debut at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium.
The first of the two BMW Z4 GT3s will be driven by Martin Matzke from the Czech Republic and Dutchman Yelmer Buurmann, while the cockpit of the second will be shared by Paul Green and three-time ADAC GT Masters race winner Niclas Kentenich.
Vita4One made a promising start to their ADAC GT Masters campaign at Spa in mid-May, with Paul Green claiming the winner´s trophy in the Gentlemen class in the second race, and Martin Matzke and Yelmer Buurman finishing sixth overall.
The Sachsenring race weekend (7th - 9th June) will see 28 supercars representing eight different marques contesting the fifth and sixth rounds of the 2013 ADAC GT Masters.
