Warm-up best time for Jöns/Mamerow: Audi duo fastest early Sunday morning

The two Audi drivers Christer Jöns and Christian Mamerow are well prepared for the second race of the ADAC GT Masters in the etropolis Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. Jöns/Mamerow, sixth in the first race on Saturday, turned in the fastest lap - 1:28.575 minutes - on a dry track during morning warm-up. Christian Mamerow will start the second race (live on kabel eins at 12:00 midday) in third place on the second row, not far behind to pole-sitter Maximilian Götz (Polarweiss Racing, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3).

Christian Engelhart and Nicolas Armindo (Team Geyer & Weinig EDV Unternehmensberatung // Schütz Motorsport, Porsche 911 GT3 R) were second fastest. Their Porsche is running perfectly again after Saturday´s problem.

Dutch drivers Jeroen den Boer and Simon Knap (DB Motorsport) in the BMW Z4 GT3 were also very quick off the mark, securing third place ahead of the Polarweiss Racing Mercedes-Benz with Götz/Buhk, who are in pole position in Sunday's race.

There is good news from Tonino powered by Herberth Motorsport: during the night, the Bavarian team was able to repair the Porsche 911 GT3 R damaged yesterday in the race after spinning off. René Bourdeaux and Alfred Renauer will get to start in the second race.
