ADAC GT Masters: Comments after practice: Observations from the paddock following free practice

Gerhard Tweraser (#32 Grasser Racing, Lamborghini Gallardo FL2): "The car is perfect - we have found a very good setup. I don't have to exert myself or push too hard - the lap times are coming by themselves. I think I've had a very good day and everything is falling into place."

Daniel Keilwitz (#1 Callaway Competition, Corvette Z06.R GT3): "I'm very happy with the car - we were very fast in practice on old tyres and on partially used ones. Our pace is good - now we need to convert that into a good qualifying performance and book ourselves places on the front row."

Tomas Enge (#24 Reiter Engineering, Chevrolet Camaro GT): "Our car is very fast and Albert has also been fantastic here so far. Yesterday, we were still in the simulator at Pankl, and that helped us to get up to speed here immediately. Our car likes warm temperatures, and the warm weather here is helping us a lot."

Jaap van Lagen (#3 GW IT Racing Team Schütz Motorsport, Porsche 911 GT3 R): "We're just too slow here - I think we're a good half second off the pace of the leaders this weekend. We haven't been totally satisfied with the car so far, and we'll be trying a couple of things ahead of qualifying."

René Rast (#10 Prosperia C Abt Racing, Audi R8 LMS ultra): "Our car feels really good and is perfectly balanced, but we're just too slow on this track. This is a problem we are familiar with from competing here in previous years."

Jan Seyffarth (#23 ROWE RACING, Mercedes Benz SLS AMG): "We keep improving from weekend to weekend and have also made good progress again. Our sister car was fast in the second session, whereas we were still having some problems with the brakes, and we still haven't got to the bottom of it. Ahead of qualifying, we're going to swap all the suspect parts."

Herbert Handlos (#7 TONINO Team Herberth, Porsche 911 GT3 R): "I'm still not satisfied - the car isn't running smoothly. We still have to get the setup sorted, and we haven't identified what needs to be done, so this is not going to be an easy weekend for us."

Nathan Morcom (#5 Farnbacher Racing, Porsche 911 GT3 R): "I sustained damage to the suspension coming out of the Remus corner. At first, I thought I had a puncture, but then I got out and saw that the rear wheel was at a weird angle. I'm assuming the lower wishbone is broken."
