ADAC GT Masters·11.5.2014

Estre/van Lagen ahead in warm-up : The winners from Saturday dictated the pace in the GT Warm-Up

The ADAC GT Masters drivers will have to get used to the idea that conditions will be wet for the second race in Zandvoort: The track in the North Sea dunes was very damp with light rain, as stormy winds blew in from the North Sea for the warm-up this Sunday morning. The quickest pair of drivers in Race 1 on Saturday made clear their intention to achieve further success. Winners of the first race, Kévin Estre and Jaap van Lagen in the Porsche 911 GT3 R (GW IT Racing Team // Schütz Motorsport) took fastest time from the two who placed second on Saturday, Christer Jöns and Markus Winkelhock in the Audi R8 LMS ultra (Prosperia C Abt Racing).

Claudia Hürtgen and Dominik Baumann (PIXUM Team Schubert) were third in the BMW Z4 GT3 ahead of the two Audi R8 LMS ultras of Florian Stoll/Daniel Dobitsch (kfzteile24 APR Motorsport) and Kelvin van der Linde/René Rast, who will be on pole in Sunday's race. Max Sandritter and Jens Klingmann (PIXUM Team Schubert) in the BMW Z4 GT3 will be in grid position six on Sunday.

The second ADAC GT Masters race will be broadcast live on kabel eins, starting at 11:45 am.
