MRS GT-Racing are to field a new pair of drivers for the second weekend of the ADAC GT Masters season at Zandvoort. Florian Spengler will partner ex-Formula 1 test driver Marko Asmer from Estonia in the McLaren MP4-12C GT3 for the two races in the Netherlands. Asmer will be debuting in the ADAC GT Masters.

In Zandvoort, MRS GT Racing will try to implement the knowledge gained from the season opener at Oschersleben. After a second day of testing at Hockenheim this week, in which some minor issues were successfully sorted, the team and drivers now feel well prepared for the two races at Zandvoort in the McLaren MP4-12C GT3. MRS GT Racing team manager Karsten Molitor: "Zandvoort is always something very special to us and we´re looking forward to racing there, just like every year. The circuit´s unique location in the dunes guarantees excitement and action, and the track itself is considered to be very difficult and challenging. MRS have often been successful at the dune circuit in the past, and we very much hope that we can be in contention for the top spots."
