Following a technical inspection after qualifying at the etropolis Motorsport Arena Oschersleben, the number 8 TONINO Team Herberth Porsche 911 GT3 R driven by Robert Renauer and Norbert Siedler was excluded from the timesheets.

The stewards established that the car breached Articles 12.2.1 and 12.8.1 of the International Sporting Code 2014 and Article 29a.3 of the sporting regulations of the ADAC GT Masters 2014 (insufficient ground clearance).

Renauer and Siedler will now start from last in the two races to be staged on Saturday and Sunday. TONINO Team Herberth have accepted the stewards' ruling.
