Ticket sales have commenced for one of the highlights of the ADAC GT Masters season. Fans can purchase tickets for the last-but-one fixture on the 2014 ADAC GT Masters race calendar, which will be contested at the Sachsenring on the weekend of 19th to 21st September. Two weeks before the Super Sports Car League crowns its new champion(s) at Hockenheim, the prime contenders will stake their claim at the venue in Saxony.
And it´s not just the ADAC GT Masters supplying the action at the Sachsenring. The circuit will also host a number of support series over the same weekend: Formel ADAC, the ATS Formula 3 Cup, the DTC DMSB / ADAC Procar, the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland and the EuroV8Series. The Porsche Carrera Cup fields no fewer than 35 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup specification cars for the first time this year; this model is based on the 991 series and is making a comeback after last being seen at the Sachsenring in 2002.
The EuroV8Series, which emerged from the former Superstar touring car series, is making its debut on the roller-coaster track near Chemnitz. The EuroV8Series is a competition for high-powered touring cars such as the Audi RS5, BMW M3, Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and Lexus ISF.
Day tickets for the ADAC GT Masters at the Sachsenring start at €20, with weekend tickets representing a real bargain at €30 upwards. Children aged 12 or under accompanied by a paying adult are admitted free of charge.
Tickets are available online via this website and in all ADAC offices in Germany for the remaining ADAC GT Masters race weekends of the 2014 season too, i.e. at the Slovakia Ring, Nürburgring and Hockenheim.
