Advance ticket sales for 2016 underway: Tickets available online and at the Essen Motor Show

Experience spectacular new supercars live, get up close to the Super Sports Car League drivers and take a fascinating look behind the scenes. Advance tickets for the 2016 ADAC GT Masters are available now. Tickets for the season opener in the etropolis Motorsport Arena Oschersleben, the races at the Sachsenring, Red Bull Ring, Nürburgring, Zandvoort and the season finale at Hockenheim can now be purchased online at: www.adac.de/motorsport and from the ADAC stand in Hall 3 (A180) at the Essen Motor Show (until December 6th). The ADAC Formula 4 and the new ADAC TCR Germany will also be contested alongside the ADAC GT Masters at these six events. For the first time, ADAC GT Masters tickets can even be printed out at home via the 'print@home' option, which dispenses with postage costs. Advance ticket sales for the motor racing highlight of the year with the DTM and the ADAC GT Masters at the Lausitzring (June 4th-5th) will commence soon.

Advance ticket prices remain same

Advance ticket prices remain unchanged for 2016. Day tickets are available from 20 euros, while a weekend pass costs 30 euros. Free access to an open paddock, the Pit Walk for a look behind the scenes, the autograph-signing session and paddock tours are included with every ticket. Entry is free for children up to 12 years of age when accompanied by a paying adult. Day tickets cost 25 euros and weekend tickets 35 euros from the box office at the track.

Many new, spectacular supercars, including the Mercedes-AMG GT, BMW M6, Lamborghini Huracán and new models such as the Audi R8, Porsche 911 and Corvette, are eligible to enter the 2016 ADAC GT Masters and will guarantee even more thrills. SPORT1 will broadcast all the ADAC GT Masters races live and in full next year on free-to-air TV. Germany's leading sports broadcaster has already extended the TV contract up to and including 2017 before the renewal date.
