After the 15th ADAC GT Masters race at Hockenheim, the #21 Team Zakspeed Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 of Luca Ludwig and Sebastian Asch was given a place penalty in the final round (Decision 49).

Following a stewards´ enquiry, the incident between Sebastian Asch and Christian Engelhart (GW IT Racing Team Schütz Motorsport, #36 Porsche 911 GT3 R) was judged to have been an avoidable collision and therefore in contravention of Article 30 of the 2015 ADAC GT Masters sporting regulations. Asch was handed a three-place grid penalty for the next race in which he takes part. Consequently, the #21 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 will be in P5 on the grid in the final fixture of the season on Sunday.
