The ADAC GT Masters is going for consistency in 2018 and will embark on its twelfth season with Pirelli as exclusive tyre partner, SPORT1 as live TV partner and a well-proven calendar. During the season finale at Hockenheim, the Super Sports Car League announced that it is providing planning security for its partners by agreeing at this early stage to continue with Pirelli as exclusive tyre partner and SPORT1 as live TV partner for the next three years. Once again next year, ADAC GT Masters drivers will compete for cash and prizes of equipment to the tune of 500,000 euros at seven meetings.

Pirelli are a reliable and well respected partner in GT sport, and with SPORT1, we have a TV partner that is the very epitome of motor racing. I am pleased that the ADAC Formula 4 and ADAC TCR Germany races will continue to feature alongside the ADAC GT Masters races on SPORT1 free-to-air TV. The package for next year that includes Pirelli, SPORT1 and the calendar has been fixed. Teams and everyone involved can now be certain about planning. Let the new season commence!"

As is now the tradition, the 2018 ADAC GT Masters will start the season in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben (April 13th - 15th). The first international leg of the campaign will be held at the Red Bull Ring (June 8th - 10th) before the series breaks up for the summer and then heads to the Nürburgring (August 3rd - 5th) and Zandvoort (17th - 19th August) in the Netherlands, which will be a crucial part in the season. The penultimate race weekend will be staged at the Sachsenring (7th - 9th September) and the finale will take place at the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg (21st - 23rd September). The venue for a further meeting scheduled in spring has not yet been decided.

The ADAC GT Masters is also being consistent where sporting regulations are concerned, as only minor adjustments are planned for next season. In addition to continuing partnerships with Pirelli and SPORT1, the partnership between the ADAC and Kärcher was also extended before the finale in Hockenheim.
