The racing team managed by Karsten Molitor and Iris Dorr have some very fond memories of the Austrian circuit after lining up as guest entrants in the ADAC GT Masters at the Red Bull Ring in 2011 and promptly wining by a big margin. The driver pairing of Norbert Siedler and Christian Engelhart shared the drive in the sky-blue Porsche 911 GT3 R for the team from Lonsee in south-west Germany.

Christopher Zöchling and Jens Klingmann are now all set to follow in their footsteps this coming weekend in the BMW M6 GT3, in which the team impressed with P5 last time out at Most and which has recently been given a similar sky-blue make-over.

“This redesign pays homage to our ADAC GT Masters win in 2011 and at the same time sends out a clear signal to the other teams,” said Team Principal Molitor. “We intend to win at the Red Bull Ring after our excellent performance to date this season. The track should basically suit our BMW. However, a race win is not simply a matter of planning! The opposition are stronger than ever, but we will give it our best shot.”
