20-year-old Feller, who competes for BWT Mücke Motorsport, started the race from eighth place overall. He battled with championship title contender Robert Renauer during his stint and finally handed over to partner Stefan Mücke while lying in sixth place. After 34 laps, Mücke took the chequered flag in seventh overall, giving team-mate Feller his first win of the season in the Pirelli Junior classification.
"I am very happy with seventh place and the victory in the Pirelli Junior class," said Feller. "I think I was able to show what I was capable of in my stint. Overtaking here is not easy, but I put pressure on the Porsches in front of me and they made mistakes which allowed me to get past. It's a marvellous feeling to have won in the Pirelli Junior classification."
Fellow Audi driver Kim-Luis Schramm (Montaplast by Land Motorsport) came second in the Junior stakes. Jannes Fittje (Küs Team 75 Bernhard) in the Porsche is currently second overall in the Pirelli Junior classification. He finished third in class, enabling him to reduce the deficit on the leader Tim Zimmermann (GRT Grasser Racing Team), who came home fifth in class this time. The two remaining title rivals are separated by 25.5 points but could still score 37.5 points each on Sunday. "My runner-up spot in the Junior standings is now secure," said Fittje. "But we want to go on the offensive again. P1 is not entirely out of reach. We will do our utmost."
Audi driver Rolf Ineichen (Team WRT) took his fifth win of the season in the Pirelli Trophy classification. Elia Erhart is already champion in class and came second also at the wheel of an Audi. Filip Salaquarda secured third place in yet another Audi.
