35-year-old ADAC GT Masters championship runner-up Robert Renauer has won the Porsche Cup for the second time and will be presented with a Porsche 911 as a victory bonus. The famous Porsche Cup has been awarded to the most successful non-works driver every year since 1970. This is Renauer's second Porsche Cup win after his first triumph in 2016. In his address during the virtual 'Night of Champions', Porsche AG CEO Oliver Blume paid tribute to the German driver, who achieved success in both the ADAC GT Masters and Creventic series, driving a Porsche 911 GT3 R. Inspired by one of Ferry Porsche's ideas, the award for the most successful non-works Porsche driver has been presented for some 51 years now. Renauer secured points towards the classification in a number of series but mostly in the ADAC GT Masters.
ADAC GT4 Germany champion Jan Kasperlik came third in the Porsche Cup. His team-mate and co champion Nicolaj Möller Madsen was seventh.
