After two guest starts in the 2023 ADAC GT Masters, Schnitzelalm Racing now plans to enter the series under a new name in 2024.

New name for Schnitzelalm Racing. The Mercedes-AMG team plans to run the Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the 2024 ADAC GT Masters as SR-Motorsport. Last season, Thomas Angerer’s team successfully made two guest appearances in the series. The performance outings in the ADAC GT Masters and at the ADAC Ravenol 24h Race Nürburgring will be handled under the new name SR-Motorsport in the future. The activities in junior and amateur racing will continue under the name Schnitzelalm Racing.

“We have intended to split our team into two divisions for a long time, in order to optimise what we do in the future. With the new team name “SR-Motorsport”, we have now set our course and are open to new sponsorship partnerships, with whom we hope to enjoy success both on and off the racetrack.
