Spectators at the Nürburgring for round three of this season’s ADAC GT Masters can look forward to a growing field, as the series features on the programme for the ADAC Truck Grand Prix. Schnitzelalm Racing will run two Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the Silver Cup class, as it makes a guest appearance at the circuit in the Eifel Mountains.
Julian Hanses and Marcel Marchewicz will be at the wheel of the number eleven car. Sharing the driving duties in the second car will be Jay Mo Härtling and Moritz Wiskirchen. While Marchewicz and Wiskirchen drove for the team in the ADAC GT Masters last year, Hanses and Härtling are set to make their debut in the iconic championship. “Julian and Jay Mo are both very talented. They have shown their potential in recent years and have absolutely earned this opportunity. I believe it is a great next step in their development,” says team principal Thomas Angerer.
The team made its ADAC GT Masters at the Nürburgring in 2023. They lined up in the series again at the season finale at the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg. In total, the team from Bad Hindelang in Oberallgäu claimed three top-five results.
