Another new addition to the ADAC GT Masters: Wolf-Racing will make its debut in the ever-increasing ADAC GT Masters field at the next event, which takes place from 27th to 29th September at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. The team will also be represented at the finale at the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg from 18th to 20th October. Wolf-Racing becomes the fourth team this season to make a guest appearance in the iconic series, following in the footsteps of Schnitzelalm Racing, HP Racing International and Prosport Racing. The Swiss outfit will field an Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo2.
Like Fach Auto Tech, Wolf-Racing is based in the central Schwyz canton and is already familiar with the ADAC platform from its outings in ADAC TCR Germany. The team from Wangen lined up in the touring series between 2016 and 2018. Austrian Leo Pichler and Switzerland’s Florian Blatter will be at the wheel for the ADAC GT Masters debut. Both drivers will be contesting their first ADAC GT Masters race at the 4.318-kilometre circuit in the Styrian region of Austria. Blatter knows the Audi R8 LMS GT3 from 2023, when he drove it at national level. Pichler started in last season’s ADAC GT4 Germany at the Nürburgring, where he immediately secured pole in his first qualifying and scored points in both races. This year, the youngster switched to international GT4 racing.
