ADAC GT Masters: Fascination on four wheels
The Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club (ADAC) is Europe's largest motorists' association. The idea behind the ADAC GT Masters is to offer serious motorsport enthusiasts the chance to put their sprint racing skills to the test.
This GT3 series consists of a double bill each competition weekend, with a one-hour race being staged on both Saturday and Sunday. Each car has two drivers who change over half way through the race.
The ADAC GT Masters has been designed not as a showcase for motor manufacturers but rather as a challenge for private teams.
The ADAC GT Masters is, of course, also a major attraction for motor racing fans who are in for a thoroughly entertaining visual and acoustic experience. All ADAC GT Masters races are shown live on SPORT1.
