ADAC MX Masters: still a huge success: Another action packed season

The season opener in Fuerstlich Drehna is beeing flagged of on April 16th and 17th, but the season had its first race already behind the scenes: the race for the sought after starting permits in one of Europe's most successful motocross series. Registration is closed and spectators can expect another action packed season and top class riders.

Several hundreds riders applied for one of the permanent starting permissions this year. As of now ADAC MX Youngster Cup and ADAC MX Junior Cup are fully booked. For ADAC MX Masters class there are still some spaces available, organizers still await entries from some of the worlds top class riders.

Spectators can expect a international field of riders. Among them participants from the USA, South Africa and Europe. The well established riders in ADAC MX Masters class should keep an eye on last years achievers: the likes of ADAC MX Youngster Cup Champion Dennis Ullrich (Honda Waldmann) or Lars Oldekamp (KTM Scott Racing).

The above mentioned are likely to be some of the big names in the worldwide motocross scene in the years to come. German Max Nagl and his countryman Ken Roczen (both Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) are leading the charge. Next to the German Marcus Schiffer (Suzuki International Europe Motocross), Nagl and Roczen are the most successful German Motocross riders in decades. They proved that the support of ADAC and manufacturers is worth the cause.

Next to the already mentioned riders, spectators should also keep an eye on the following promising riders: French Mickael Musquin (KPM Racing), brother of the reigning MX2-World Champion Marvin Musquin (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), secured himself a permanent starting permit as did Belgian Kevin Wouts (Kawasaki Elf Team Pfeil), French Valentin Teilet (Suzuki Europe MX2) or a couple of well established riders like Cedric Soubeyras (KTM Sarholz Racing) from France, Czech Filip Neugebauer (Kawasaki Elf Team Pfeil), Swiss Yves Furlato (MX Raceland) or Austrian Guenter Schmidinger (Goldfren Schmidinger World MX1).

In ADAC MX Youngster Cup and ADAC MX Junior Cup the new season will see once again some young and promising talents. One of them is Henry Jacobi (Kalli Racing) from Thuringia. The 14-year-old was one of the shootingstars in 2010. He also got the honors as ADAC Junior Motorsportsman of the year.
