ADAC MX Masters·11.4.2019

Strong series partners: Riders and teams benefit : Valuable prizes to be won in various special categories

As the ADAC MX Masters marks its 15th anniversary this year, the motocross racing series can look back on a very successful period of development. As in previous years, it will have the support of prominent partners who will be providing various special prizes and attractive bonuses for outstanding achievements. These will be awarded in all four classes, with a particular focus on the junior competitions, in which valuable special prizes and sponsorships are up for grabs.

The prize pot of over a quarter of a million euros for riders and teams during and at the end of the ADAC MX Masters campaign has received contributions from all partners to the series. The main sponsors of the ADAC MX Masters are 24MX, Motul, Suzuki and Red Bull. Several motorcycle manufacturers – Suzuki, KTM, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Honda – have also chipped in. The media partnerships include the magazines CROSS, Dirtbiker and MCE. Further support comes from Magura, Goldfren, Öhlins and Mefo with partners Mefo Mousse, Acerbis und Kenda. In the area of safety and protection, the ADAC MX Masters continues to work with Ortema, Leatt, Racing Policy, Alliance and X-Lite. A newcomer in this department is EVS: the American company offers a complete range of orthotics, protectors and high-quality protective clothing for motocrossers.

In addition to the prize money, riders and teams will also be competing for various special trophies. The best starters will be noted and the most consistent in all four classes will be presented with the Red Bull Holeshot Award at the end of the season. It comes with a very unusual prize: in addition to VIP free tickets for a top Red Bull event, all four winners will receive a Red Bull refrigerator for their home and a regular supply of drinks to keep it filled for a whole year.

The ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 and ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 have a special trophy to be presented at the end of the year to the highest-scoring newcomer: the Leatt Rookie of the Year award. The winners in the two classes will receive full sponsorship from the South African company for high quality clothing and protective gear during the following season. The overall winners in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 and ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 will be presented by Ortema with vouchers for high-quality joint orthoses or a neckbrace.

At each race event, the winners will also receive special prizes and bonuses. For example, the Czech brake specialist Goldfren is giving a complete set of brakes to every winner of a Last Chance race. The Michael Spacek Award was inaugurated by Goldfren’s owner Stanislav Spacek in memory of his son who died in a motorcycle accident. The prize is awarded to persons who have distinguished themselves in a special way for fair play or similar.

The winners in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 and ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 classes will receive a Motul backpack with high-quality prizes (2-stroke oil, cleaning and care products), the runners-up can look forward to a high-quality handlebar plus pad by Magura, and the third-placed will each be rewarded with a 24MX goggles case. The top three riders in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup will receive vouchers from 24MX worth Euro 100 for the winner, Euro 75 for second place and Euro 50 for third.

At the start of the season, the lubricant manufacturer Motul is launching a promotional campaign open to all ADAC MX Masters contestants. Any rider who commits to using Motul’s high-quality products throughout the season will receive a Euro 600 starter pack of Motul lubricating and care products on the opening weekend at Fürstlich Drehna.
