ADAC MX Masters at Möggers postponed: Racing at Möggers rescheduled

No, we're not kidding. This is not an April Fool's day joke! The ADAC MX Masters calendar has had to be rejigged yet again due to the coronavirus. Following discussions between the ADAC eV and event coordinators at MCC Möggers eV, the decision has been taken to postpone the race meeting originally planned for the 30th/31st May 2020 in order to prevent the spread of the virus. Race organisers are currently trying to find a new date for the guest round of the ADAC MX Masters in Austria.

MCC Möggers President, Gregor Wucher: "Riders and teams from more than 20 countries line up for every race in the ADAC MX Masters, and it is not possible at the moment to say what the state of play will be as regards the coronavirus pandemic in Austria and in other countries at the end of May, so we cannot stick to that date." OC member Lukas Greussing added: "But still, we'll do everything we can to find an alternative weekend some time towards the end of summer in the hope that everything will be back to normal by then."

Following the changes, it is hoped that the 2020 ADAC MX Masters season will finally get under way on the weekend of 11th/12th July 2020 at Holzgerlingen.

Note for media representatives: Accreditation requests already made for Möggers, Mölln and Fürstlich Drehna will still be processed and remain valid. There is no need to re-submit for the new dates.
