ADAC MX Masters to go ahead behind closed doors in Tensfeld

Round two of the ADAC MX Masters in Tensfeld on 17th/18th July will go ahead without spectators, in accordance with official regulations. Despite this, fans can still follow the action on both days of the event in a free livestream at adac.de/mx-masters. The ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 will roll out of the start gate for the first time this season at the event in Schleswig-Holstein.

The organiser of round two of the ADAC MX Masters, ADAC Schleswig-Holstein, had advocated allowing fans at the racetrack for the races on 17th and 18th July. However, in line with regulations in the state of Schleswig-Holstein, authorities only permitted the races to be held on the premises of MCE Tensfeld e.V. with riders, teams, volunteers and the organisers – without spectators.

Despite this, fans can still watch all the races online in a free livestream. The livestream will be integrated on the ADAC MX Masters homepage at adac.de/mx-masters during the broadcast.

After last weekend’s opening event in Bielstein took place without the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125, it is the turn of the ADAC MX Youngster Cup to take a break in Tensfeld, due to a scheduling clash with the European Championship. Instead, the riders in the 125cc two-stroke junior class will line up for the first time this year alongside the ADAC MX Masters and ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 classes. As in Bielstein, all three classes will hold three races. The Last Chance race and the first races take place on Saturday afternoon.

It is planned for fans to return to the racetrack at the event in Fürstlich Drehna on 4th/5th September. Tickets are already available for the race, and can be purchased online at etix.com.
