Several additional classifications at ADAC MX Masters. Cash prizes and non-cash prizes for drivers and teams in all classes.
The riders and teams in all classes of the ADAC MX Masters can get their hands on cash and non-cash prizes in several additional classifications. Whoever gets off to the perfect start, prevails in qualifying or makes use of their opportunity in the last chance race will be rewarded with the Red Bull Holeshot, the LS2 Best Qualifier Award and in the GoldFren Last Chance Race. In addition to the riders’ standings in the four racing categories ADAC MX Masters, ADAC MX Youngster Cup, ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 and ADAC MX Junior Cup 85, there is also the brand and team classification with attractive cash prizes.
Red Bull Holeshot
The rider who sprints from the starting grid through the first turn in the fastest time wins the Red Bull Holeshot. Getting a starting win not only gives the rider the best starting point for a good race result, it also gives them a chance to win a fridge filled with Red Bull for a year and a special surprise prize in the championship table at the end of the season. In the ADAC MX Masters class, after the half-way point in Dreetz, Max Nagl (GER) and Cyril Genot (BEL) are joint leaders with three Red Bull Holeshots each. In the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, Noah Ludwig (GER) currently tops the table with two starting wins. In the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125, Leon Rudolph (GER) is in the lead with two Red Bull Holeshots and in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85, the championship leader Viteszlav Marek (CZE) also with two wins to his name has been the quick starter thus far.
LS2 Best Qualifier
In the LS2 Best Qualifier Award, the helmet brand LS2 rewards the fastest riders in the qualifying sessions of all four racing categories. Whoever brings home the most pole positions within a season will earn a bonus prize at the end of the year. In the ADAC MX Masters class, Tom Koch (GER) with two pole positions is currently looking most likely to win a bonus of 450 euros. In the two events of the ADAC MX Youngster Cup that have been held, Maximilian Spies (GER) prevailed in qualifying every time and is hoping to win a special prize of 250 euros. In the two ADAC MX Junior Cup classes, the fastest qualifiers will each receive an LS2 Schrauberzelt helmet. In the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125, Scott Smulders (NEL) and Constantin Piller (GER) currently share the lead, with one pole position each; in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85, Janis Reisulis, Gyan Doensen and Lotte Van Drunen are all level with one pole position each.
Gold Fren Last Chance Race
Gold Fren has a heart for the riders in the middle of the field and treats the winners of the Last Chance Races to a voucher for a set of brake discs and brake pads for their motorcycle. The Last Chance Races will only be held in the ADAC MX Masters and ADAC MX Youngster Cup classes if there is a big enough starting field. In Bielstein it was Phillip Eggers (GER) and Victor Kleemann (GER) who benefitted from the additional support, in Dreetz, Falk Greiner (GER) won the Last Chance Race in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup.
Brand and team classification
In the ADAC MX Masters it is not only the riders’ performances that are rewarded, the motorcycle manufacturers and teams are also honoured. In the brand standings, the most successful motorcycle manufacturer receives a reward in the ADAC MX Masters class. The classification takes the best run result of each motorcycle manufacturer into account. In the intermediate championship table, KTM is in the lead, ahead of Husqvarna and Honda.
In the team standings, the best results of each team rider per racing category are added together. With a total prize fund of 7,550 euros, the teams who are active in all four classes in particular receive support. The best-placed team will receive a bonus of 3,000 euros at the end of the year, second place will receive 2,000 euros, third place will receive 1,250 euros, fourth place 750 euros and fifth place 550 euros.
