Team Germany is not the only one to field top riders from the ADAC MX Masters and its junior classes.
The Motocross of Nations, MXoN for short, is the most prestigious Motocross race in the world. This year, the team world championship takes place on 24th and 25th September at the iconic “Red Bud” track in the USA. MXoN Team Germany features two of the top three riders in the current ADAC MX Masters table, in Max Nagl and Tom Koch. Simon Längenfelder will be the third man in the German team. Since winning the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 in 2019, he has been riding in the MX2 world championship, where he secured third place in the overall standings at the penultimate round of the season just a few days ago. Henry Jacobi, 2018 ADAC MX Masters Champion, and Jeremy Sydow, runner-up in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup in 2019, are the team’s reserve riders. In Marcel Dornhöfer and Karsten Schneider, the DMSB has nominated two team principals who also play key roles as officials within the ADAC MX Masters.
However, the German team is not the only one to have selected riders who are enjoying great success in the ADAC MX Masters, ADAC MX Youngster Cup and even the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125. Team Switzerland includes two ADAC MX Masters riders in Valentin Guillod and Kevin Brumann. Completing the Swiss trio is Jeremy Seewer, who has tasted success in all of the classes within the series.
The current leader in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, Guillem Farres, has been called up by the Spanish federation as an MX2 rider, and joins Jorge Prado and Ruben Fernandez in Team Spain. The South African team lines up with Camden MC Lellan, another rider from the ADAC MX Youngster Cup. Estonia is looking to two rapid riders from ADAC series, in Tanel Leok and Jörgen-Matthias Talviku. With Karlis Alberts Reisulis, the Latvian team even includes a representative from the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125.
