Red Bull Holeshot

A good start is the best way to get off to a successful race. Red Bull pays the entry fees for the ADAC MX Masters and the junior classes for the quick starters of the year in the following season. Max Nagl (D/KMP-Honda-Racing powered by Krettek) dominated again in the ADAC MX Masters class with 11 of 24 possible Red Bull Holeshot wins. Bence Pergel (HUN/HTS KTM) was the best starter in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup with seven of the 24 possible race wins. In the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125, four riders were equal on two race wins each in the 13 races, and Gyan Doensen (NL/Racestore KTM Factory Rookies Team) would have been classified as the winner based on his Red Bull Holeshot in the last race of the season. Doensen showed great sportsmanship by relinquishing the prize to the next-placed finisher, Vaclav Janout (CZ/Multi-Air Jama CZ RT), because Doensen is not expected to take part in the entire series next year. In the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85, Lucas Leok (EST/Team #111) was the best in his class with seven successful start sprints in thirteen races.

LS2 Best Qualifier Award

Helmet brand LS2 rewards the fastest rider in qualifying in all four race classes with the LS2 Best Qualifier Award. Jordi Tixier (F, KMP-Honda-Racing powered by Krettek) secured pole position in half of the ADAC MX Masters races and collected the 450-euro bonus. In the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, Tom Schröder (D) received the 250-euro bonus for his two fastest qualifying laps. Maximilian Ernecker (A/F4E Gasgas Junior Racing) was the most successful pole setter in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 with two best times in practice and received an LS2 mechanics' tent for his efforts, as did Ryan Oppliger (CH/Oppliger Racing Sàrl), who won the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 classification with four pole positions.

Bridgestone ‘Rookie of the Year’

Tyre manufacturer Bridgestone sponsors the “Rookie of the Year” award in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 and 125 for the best newcomers in their class. In these two junior classes, young riders are observed throughout the season. Aron Katona (HU, HTS KTM) and Luca Nierychlo (D, AK Bouw-Hutten Metaal Junior Team) have proven themselves with great performances and each received a 500-euro bonus from Bridgestone.

Michael Spacek Special Prize

This award was created by Stanislav Spacek, the owner of the company Goldfren, in memory of his son who was killed in an accident. This award is given to people who have distinguished themselves through exceptional commitment, outstanding personality or special achievements, including in the area of fair play. This year, the Michael Spacek Special Prize went to Marcel Stauffer (A/Osicka MX Team) for his never-ending fighting spirit. He proved this, among other things, with an inspiring and successful comeback this summer after a serious vertebral injury last November.

Team and brand ranking

The ADAC MX Masters not only honours the achievements of the riders but also rewards the motorcycle manufacturers and teams. In the team ranking, the best results of each team rider in each race class are added up. With a total prize money of 10,000 euros, the ADAC particularly supports the teams that compete in all four classes. The best team of 2024 wins 4,000 euros, which goes to KMP Honda racing powered by Krettek, who beat Kosak Racing Team to the title. They were followed home by Schmicker Racing, KTM Sarholz Racing Team and Cat Moto Bauerschmidt Husqvarna. The result announced in Holzgerlingen, which saw Kosak Racing Team honoured as the winner, had to be retrospectively corrected.

The most successful motorcycle manufacturer in the ADAC MX Masters class is honoured in the brand ranking. The best race result for each motorcycle brand is counted in the ranking. Honda wins the 2024 brand ranking, ahead of KTM and Husqvarna.

Ortema presented the top three riders in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup with a high-quality neck brace or chest-back protector from their product range.
